Section 91.1425 - CAMP: Maintenance, preventive maintenance, and alteration programsEach program manager who maintains program aircraft under a CAMP must have an inspection program and a program covering other maintenance, preventive maintenance, or alterations that ensures that-
(a) Maintenance, preventive maintenance, or alterations performed by its personnel, or by other persons, are performed under the program manager's manual;(b) Competent personnel and adequate facilities and equipment are provided for the proper performance of maintenance, preventive maintenance, or alterations; and(c) Each aircraft released to service is airworthy and has been properly maintained for operation under this part.
