Section 312.6 - Eligible recipientsA recipient eligible for investment assistance includes:
(c) A city or other political subdivision of a State;(d) An entity that is a nonprofit organization and whose application for funding under the RIS Program is supported by a State or a political subdivision of a State;(e) An entity that is an institution of higher education, a public-private partnership, a science or research park, a Federal laboratory, or an economic development organization or similar entity, and whose application for funding under the RIS Program is supported by a State or a political subdivision of a State; or(f) A consortium of any of the entities described in paragraphs (a) through (e) of this section.
