Section 127.403 - When will SBA conduct program examinations?(a) SBA may conduct a program examination at any time after the concern submits its application, during the processing of the application, and at any time while the concern is a certified WOSB or EDWOSB.(b) SBA will conduct program examinations periodically as part of the recertification process set forth in § 127.400 .85 FR 27664, May 11, 2020
