Section 1293.24 - [Effective 7/15/2024] Public engagement(a)FHFA public engagement. On or before June 15 annually, FHFA will conduct public engagement to allow the public to provide input for the Enterprises to consider in developing and implementing their plans and for FHFA to consider in its oversight.(b)Enterprise consultation. The Enterprises shall consult with stakeholders, including members of underserved communities and housing market participants, in the development and implementation of their plans and updates.
