Section 1102.6 - Notice and comment(a) The ASC shall publish promptly in the FEDERAL REGISTER a notice respecting:(1) A received Request for Temporary Waiver (see§ 1102.3(c) ) ; or(2) An ASC Order initiating a temporary waiver proceeding (see§ 1102.5 ) .(b) The notice of a received Request for Temporary Waiver or ASC Order initiating a temporary waiver proceeding shall contain a concise statement of the nature and basis for the action and shall give interested persons 30 calendar days from its publication in which to submit written data, views, and arguments.
