Section 252.60 - Applicability(a)General applicability. This subpart applies to any U.S. bank holding company that is identified as a global systemically important BHC.(b)Initial applicability. A global systemically important BHC shall be subject to the requirements of this subpart beginning on the later of:(2) 1095 days (three years) after the date on which the company becomes a global systemically important BHC.
