Section 192.425 - Termination of conversionA conversion may be terminated by:
(a) A savings association's members failing to approve the conversion at its members' meeting;(b) A savings association before its members' meeting; or(c) A savings association after the members' meeting, but only if the appropriate Federal banking agency concurs.
