Section 1710.117 - Refunds(a) The Board will refund promptly any amounts deducted to satisfy debts owed to the United States when the debt is waived, found not owed to the United States, or when directed by an administrative or judicial order.(b) Unless required or permitted by law or contract, refunds under this section may not bear interest.
