Section 18.10 - Illustrations, tabular material, and forms(a) If it is necessary to publish a form or illustration, a clear and legible original form or illustration, or a clear and completely legible reproduction approximately 81/2 by 11 inches, shall be included in the original document and each certified copy.(b) A document that includes tabular material may be assigned to the deferred publication schedule.
