(a) Parole Consideration Date. The Board will hear the case of each ward committed to the Youth Authority, taking into consideration probation's case study, at a non-appearance file review to confirm or modify the ward's category, initial parole consideration date and date of next annual review ascertained by the Youth Authority's Intake and Court Services Unit upon reviewing the ward's file from the courts. The ward's category, initial parole consideration date and annual review date will be set in a Board Order at the ward's first appearance hearing.(c) A copy of the police arrest report for the offense for which the ward was committed to the Youth Authority and a copy of the ward's criminal history information from the California Department of Justice shall be included as part of the ward's case file.Cal.
