Section 30840 - Orders and Completion of Appeals(a) Every decision of the Executive Officer or his/her designee shall be recorded on an Appeal Board Order, DJJ 1.311 (Rev 11/08). The Appeal Board Order, DJJ 1.311 (Rev 11/08) shall state the reasons for the action taken and how the authorized criteria were applied to the issues raised in the appeal. The Executive Officer or his/her designee shall forward a copy of the Appeal Board Order, DJJ 1.311 (Rev 11/08 and such communication as he/she deems appropriate to the appellant within five (5) business days from the date of decision.Cal.
