Section 30657 - Mental Health Records(a) The Unified Health Record is the official and chronological record of mental health treatment and shall be used to document that appropriate care has been delivered.(b) The Unified Health Record shall be subject to the Information Practices Act of 1977 of the Civil Code, Sections 1798-1798.82 of Chapter 1 governing confidentiality and disclosure.Cal.
