Section 30540 - Institutional Treatment System(a) The ward shall be present throughout each case conference in order to participate in the process unless: (1) Information being discussed may be psychologically damaging to the ward or others.(2) The ward decides not to attend.(3) The ward is hospitalized.Cal.
