Section 30170 - General Education Development TestsThe Youth Authority may administer General Education Development (GED) tests or make arrangements for a ward to be tested at a local public school if the ward:
(a) Is 18 years of age or older, and(b) Scores at least at the eighth grade level on the Standardized Achievement Test, and(c) Scores at least 8.0 on the Standardized Achievement Test for math.Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 9, § 30170
