Section 31401 - Definitions
(a) "Most recent juvenile court commitment" means the most recent juvenile court commitment with available confinement time. If a youth has multiple juvenile court commitments, and the available confinement time for the most recent commitment is exhausted, the next recent juvenile court commitment becomes the most recent.
