Section 31224 - Amenability Determination

(a) (Reserved)

(b) A person is amenable if it is found that he can be materially benefited as provided by Section 31305 of these regulations.

(c) (Reserved)

(d) The Department shall notify the sheriff that the person is ready for return to the count as soon as the amenability determination is completed.
