Section 31211 - Required and Optional Information

Two copies of the information required and requested as described in Section 31306 (b)(2), (3) and (4) and Section 31308 of these regulations are to be submitted on persons referred by a criminal court. In addition, the referring court shall provide two copies of the order showing that the person was referred to the Youth Authority in accordance with law.
