Section 30025 - Diagnostic ProceduresA newly committed ward, county referral, federal or an out-of-state contract case shall receive complete medical diagnostic services. Other wards may receive either complete or partial diagnostic services. Such services shall include:
(a) Referral to appropriate specialists as needed (medical specialist, psychiatrist, psychologist, etc.), and the administering of clinical laboratory, x-ray, and other tests as indicated.Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 9, § 30025
