Section 11022 - Loan Approval Process(a) The Director shall establish an ad hoc RRHP Loan Review Committee, composed of Departmental staff and managers, to provide an impartial, objective review of RRHP loan applications.(b) Upon completion of his/her review of the RRHP loan application, the readiness interview, and the site review, the RRHP Loan Officer shall make a recommendation to the Loan Review Committee to approve or disapprove the loan application, based on the results of his/her review. The loan Review Committee shall approve or disapprove the loan application within three working days of the site review.(c) Approval or denial of the loan application shall require a majority vote by a quorum of the Loan Review Committee.(d) Upon completion of the loan review committee's decision, the Loan Officer shall notify the applicants in writing whether their loan application was approved or denied and the reasons for denial.Cal.
