Section 10894 - Recipient Compliance Reports(a) Each recipient shall submit to the Department timely, complete, and accurate compliance reports as determined by the Department to be necessary to ascertain whether the recipient has complied or is complying with this Subchapter. In compiling these reports, data shall be collected which reflects the extent to which persons of a particular ethnic group identification, religion, age, sex, color, or physical or mental disability are ultimate beneficiaries.(b) Where the Department determines that pre-existing reports and data required by other state or federal agencies meet requisite reporting and evaluation needs, the Department shall accept submission of such reports as a substitute or, if needed, as a complement to the required reports.Cal.
