Section 9400 - Application(a) Chapter 2 shall apply to county alcohol agencies that elect to apply for state or federal funds and claim reimbursement under the provisions of Part 2 of Division 10.5 of the Health and Safety Code unless otherwise stated.(b) All restrictions or prohibitions applied to state funds as stated herein shall apply to federal funds unless otherwise stated.Cal.
