Section 7312 - Compliance

(a) Authorizations issued for the purchase of goods and services shall be prepared in accordance with the following guidelines:

(1) Department policies

(2) State Board of Control Regulations

(3) State Administrative Manual Rules

(4) Other related State agency policies and regulations
