Section 7271 - Eligibility Requirements-General(a) In order to receive services pursuant to this article, an individual shall meet both of the following conditions: (1) Be ineligible for, or not interested in receiving, services under the Vocational Rehabilitation program.(2) Qualify as a blind person under the definition at Section 19153, Welfare and Institutions Code.Cal.
