Section 7265 - Notification and Appeal Procedures(a) All notifications made to the applicant pursuant to this article shall be in writing and shall include all of the following: (1) The specific reasons for the determination of ineligibility.(2) The legal or regulation citation supporting the determination.(3) An explanation of the applicant's right to an administrative review and fair hearing in accordance with Sections 7350 through 7361, including how to request such an action and the time frames within which the request must be made. For the purposes of Section 7353, the Administrative Review Officer shall be the Deputy Director of the Independent Living Division.Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 9, § 7265
