Section 7262.1 - Student Competency/Skills Deficiency Assessment(a) Upon enrollment, a written training schedule shall be jointly developed by the student and OCB staff, to include those services specified in section 7262(2)(A) and (B), which will both: (1) Assess the functional limitations and capacities of the student.(2) Meet the individual training needs of the student.(b) The written training schedule shall include all of the following: (1) The necessary areas of training specific to the student.(2) The anticipated length of stay at the Center.(3) A statement of understanding regarding the student's rights and responsibilities as specified in section 7262.7.(c) The written training schedule shall be modified, as necessary, to accommodate the changing needs of each student as he/she progresses through the program. Any modifications to the training schedule shall be made in writing and shall be made only after conferring with the student.(d) Written assessments of each student's progress shall be made by each instructor at least three times during the course of training with a final report at the conclusion of training.Cal.
