Section 7029.4 - Youth with a Disability; Youth with Disabilities(a) "Youth with a Disability" means an individual with a disability who is not younger than 14 years of age and older than 24 years of age.(b) "Youth with Disabilities" means more than one youth with a disability.Cal.
