Section 787.20 - Maintenance Manual(a) A written manual on maintenance of heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems shall be adopted by each mental health rehabilitation center.(b) A log shall be utilized to document maintenance work performed.(c) When maintenance is performed by an equipment service company, a certification shall be provided to the licensee that the required work has been performed in accordance with acceptable standards. This certification shall be retained on file in the mental health rehabilitation center for review by the Department.Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 9, § 787.20
