(a) The composition of the Mental Health Advisory Board shall reflect the minority populations found in the county.(b) Each county shall indicate in the county mental health plan the minority group affiliations of current board members.(c) Each county shall describe in the plan efforts being made to place presently unrepresented and under-represented minority group members on the Board, including a timetable to achieve equitable representation.(d) Each county may reimburse mental health advisory board members for reasonable expenses incurred incident to the performance of their official duties and responsibilities. Such expenses may include travel, lodging, child care, and meals for the members of the advisory board while on official business as may be approved by the director of the local mental health program.Cal.
