Section 4530 - [Operative 10/1/2024] Process, Purpose, and Scope of Architectural and Engineering Contracts(a) The purpose of sections 4530.1-4530.12 regarding Architectural and Engineering (A&E) Contracts is to implement Article XXII of the California State Constitution and Government Code sections 4525, et seq., to have an A&E contract process.(b) The Department reserves the right to award multiple agreements for A&E retainer contract services based on one solicitation.Cal.
