Section 4358 - Determination of Patient Access Level(a) A patient's Treatment Team shall evaluate the factors listed in section 4359 of this regulation and determine a patient's access level.(b) Program Staff or Executive Staff may also review the factors listed in section 4359 of this regulation and determine a patient's access level.
