Section 32019.5 - [Operative 10/1/2024] San Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit District Act

"SFBART Act" means the San Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit District Act as contained in Chapter 1 of Part 2 of Division 10 of the Public Utilities Code (commencing with Section 28500).
