Section 20180 - Exceptions to General Provisions Regarding Format, Service, Copies and Time Periods Prevail(a) Whenever provisions of this Chapter 1.5 conflict with provisions regarding format, service, copies, or computation of time periods which appear elsewhere in these regulations, the other provisions shall prevail.(b) When application of the provisions of Chapter 1.5 would work an injustice or hardship on the parties, deviations from this Chapter 1.5 may be permitted by the executive secretary.Cal.
