Section 17300 - General, Scope and Application of Article(a) This article governs the return-to-work program established by Labor Code section 139.48. This program shall be called the Return-to-Work Supplement Program. The Return-to-Work Supplement Program is located at 1515 Clay Street, 17th Floor, Oakland, California, 94612.(b) This program is intended to provide supplemental payments to workers whose permanent disability benefits are disproportionately low in comparison to their earnings loss.
