Section 17223 - Transmittal of Request for Review to Department

Within ten (10) days followings its receipt of a Request for Review, the Enforcing Agency shall transmit to the Office of the Director -- Legal Unit, the Request for Review and copies of the Assessment or Notice of Withholding of Contract Wages, any Audit Summary that accompanied the Assessment or Notice, and a Proof of Service or other document showing the name and address of any bonding company or Surety entitled to notice under Rule 20(a) [Section 17220(a)] above. The Enforcing Agency shall transmit these items to one of the following addresses (ODL--Legal Online Services (ODLOS) is the preferred method of transmittal).
