Section 16415 - Transmission of Appeal(a) An appeal of the denial of registration pursuant to section 16413 or revocation of registration pursuant to section 16414 shall be sent to the Director's Lead Hearing Officer, with a copy sent simultaneously to the Labor Commissioner's Office, in one or more of the manners specified in subsections (b) through (c) below.
