(a) If the director finds any scale of charges or any item thereon to be unreasonable, he shall fix a time and place for a hearing on the matter.(b) The director shall give notice by mail of such hearing to each produce dealer operating in the market for which such scale of charges has been filed, and to the officials of the union, if a union is involved. Notice shall also be given by mail to any producer of farm products delivered to the market who has made written request that he be so notified.(c) Notice shall be mailed at least ten days in advance of the scheduled date of the hearing.(d) At the conclusion of the hearing the director shall adjust the scale of any item thereof in accordance with Section 6 of the act.(e) In the event the scale of charges is adjusted by the director in accordance with the provisions of this section, notice of such change shall be given by mail to all interested parties by the director.Cal.
