(a) Applicants must remit to the DLSE an application fee of $200 which is the amount determined to sufficiently reimburse the Division for costs of administering the permit program. The fee is non-refundable and shall be paid at the time of filing a permit application.Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 8, § 11771.3
