Section 13858 - Actions on Applications and Registrations(a) An applicant for registration who fails to qualify for a registration pursuant to the terms specified in Article 2 is subject to denial of their application for registration by the Labor Commissioner.(b) A registrant who violates or fails to comply with the provisions of Chapter 21.5 of Division 3 of the Business and Professions Code (commencing with section 9998) or this subchapter applicable to registrants, including the duties of contractors specified in this subchapter, is subject to suspension or revocation of their registration.Cal.
