Section 10811 - Destruction of Records

Except as otherwise provided by these rules, or as ordered by a workers' compensation judge or the Appeals Board, the adjudication case files of the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board shall be retained, returned, and destroyed in accordance with the provisions of rule 10208.7.
