Section 4230 - Treadle Controls(a) The treadle control return spring(s) shall be of the compression type designed to prevent interleaving of spring coils in event of breakdown.(b) Where practical, each machine simultaneously attended or operated by more than one employee shall be equipped with a treadle control for each employee exposed to the point of operation hazards.Cal.
