Section 1929 - Scope (Sections 1930-1936, Flammable and Combustible Liquids)The following sections 1930 through 1936 apply to the handling, storage, and use of flammable and combustible liquids. These sections do not apply to:
(a) Bulk transportation of flammable liquids; and(b) Storage, handling, and use of fuel oil tanks and containers connected with oil burning equipment.Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 8, § 1929
