1. New section filed 7-7-2011; operative 7-7-2011. Exempt from OAL review pursuant to Labor Code section 142.3(a)(3) (Register 2011, No. 27).
2. Amendment of subsections (c)(1)-(2), repealer of subsection (c)(3) and subsection renumbering filed 4-6-2020; operative 4-6-2020 pursuant to Government Code section 11343.4(b). Submitted to OAL for filing and printing only pursuant to Labor Code section 142.3(a)(3) (Register 2020, No. 15).
3. Repealer filed 7-26-2022; operative 7-26-2022 pursuant to Government Code section 11343.4(b)(3) (Register 2022, No. 30).
