Section 6966 - Supervision(a) The operator of every mine shall appoint a competent man who shall be personally in charge of the work and the employees therein.(b) The operator of such mine may be personally in charge of such work and employees.(c) Some competent person in authority shall be on duty whenever employees are working in a mine.Cal.
