Section 7048 - (11-27). Scaffolds(a) Scaffolds and working platforms shall be of substantial construction and provided with guardrails and maintained in good condition. Floor boards shall be laid properly and the scaffolds and working platform shall not be overloaded. Working platforms shall be provided with toeboards when necessary. Scaffolds shall be in conformance with the Construction Safety Orders.Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 8, § 7048
