Section 7001 - Power Shutoff for Underground Machines(a) In addition to the operating controls, a positive power shutoff shall be provided for every prime mover for use in the mine.(b) The positive power shutoff shall be located where it is readily accessible to the machine operator and, except for hand-held machines and tools, not more than 10 feet from the machine.
