The Appeals Board may issue self-executing orders as a means of facilitating the processing of orders. A self-executing order shall contain the following conditions:
(a) A date certain for the intended recipients to object to the order. If a party timely objects to the order by the date specified in the order, the order shall become void;(b) That the case will be set for further proceeding upon receipt of a timely objection; and(c) If there is no timely objection to the self-executing order, then the order shall be final without further Appeals Board action.Cal.
