Section 207 - Other Officers(a) The Board shall elect a Vice President from among its members, who shall have all the powers of the President in the absence of the President or when the President does not participate in Board proceedings because of a conflict of interest or for any other reason. The term of office is two years and it is renewable within the Board member's term of office. The Vice President serves in such capacity at the pleasure of the Board, and may be recalled at any time by the members of the Board at a properly noticed meeting.(b) The Board may elect such other officers as it considers necessary to carry out the functions of the Board.Cal.
