Section 80521 - Appeal for Hearing(a) Within 30 days following a recommendation by the Committee, to deny the application, the appellant may apply for an administrative hearing by filing a written request with the Executive Director.(b) If an administrative hearing is requested, the proceeding shall be conducted in accordance with Chapter 5 (commencing with Section 11500) of Part 1 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code.Cal.
