Section 75140 - Actions Against a Provisional Approval to Operate

In addition to any action permitted by the Bureau against an approval to operate pursuant to Article 3 of Chapter 5 of this Division, the Bureau may also take an action against a provisional approval to operate or a provisional approval to offer a degree program.

1. New section filed 1-30-2015 as an emergency; operative 2-1-2015 (Register 2015, No. 5). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 7-31-2015 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
2. New section refiled 7-30-2015 as an emergency; operative 7-31-2015 (Register 2015, No. 31). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 10-29-2015 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
3. Certificate of Compliance as to 7-30-2015 order transmitted to OAL 10-9-2015 and filed 11-23-2015 (Register 2015, No. 48).
