Section 56670 - Application for Grant: General Requirements(a) Applications for grants may be submitted by colleges, faculty members, students, administrators or consortia.(b) All applications recommended by the Council to the Chancellor for funding shall have or obtain approval of the board of trustees of the district or districts from which the application originated.(c) Each proposal shall include an evaluation plan and budget.(d) A portion of the funds, not to exceed five percent, shall be set aside by the Chancellor for evaluation and dissemination of project outcomes to other institutions or programs in the state.(e) The Chancellor shall be responsible for establishing and maintaining an accounting system for grants awarded pursuant to this article.Cal.
